Teacher Aides or Assistants
Head Start Teacher pay is $12.50 (CDA requirement, paid by CADC Head Start. After completion, pay increases to $13.13. Start pay may increase depending on credentials and experience. * If you have an Early Childhood Education associate's degree, pay starts at $15.63; with a bachelor's degree, pay is $17.23, and you will not need CDA.
EHS Caregiver starts at $12.50; pay increases after completion of CDA! Start pay may increase depending on credentials and experience.
On-site Manager/Teacher: Associates or bachelors in ECE preferred or willing to obtain associates. Pay depends on degree and experience. Associates start at $15.63; Bachelors start at $17.23. If no degree, pay starts at $12.50 but will have to agree to complete CDA, then increase in pay. Also agree to obtain an associate's degree within 3 years. CADC will help with costs of school.
Administrative Assistant starts at $13.13, increased pay depending on experience.
